It takes a community to make this happen. Even if you only have a few hours or can work the day for us. We can find an activity for you to be a part of this wonderful event. Let us know your special talents or when you are free. Activities are as varied as napkin folding, name badges, calligraphy, running errands Downtown to day of A Downtown Affair (October 6) as in set up and break down.
A. Pre-activies: I am flexible prior to 10/6/19, please reach out to me.
B. Set up: 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
C. Breakdown: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
REGISTRATION & SALES
We need a team to help with registration and tickets sales during the Dinner.
Shifts: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
It takes TEAM to make this happen. No special skills set required, just a love for people and walking… We had quite the diverse talents last year from a city council person, residents, and various businesses. Come join in the fun! Dress is black pants/skirt and white shirt.
Shifts: 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM
We need your expertise in organizing and taking the lead on the day of the dinner. All behind the scenes activity. No auction experience required – we hired a professional auctioneer this year!
Shifts: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Who loves to help with drink sales and fixing drinks of all kinds? Must be 21. We have three bars, presales, and a wine service.
Shifts: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
